How much is the registration fee?
1,800 Dinars per Adult and 800 Dinars per kid (3-12 years) and 3 years to less FREE
Do I need to bring Halloween treats?
We would like the moms that are coming with kids to bring Halloween treats for kid's trick or treating activity. It can be a pack of candies or chocolates.
Food and drinks included in the registration fee?
Yes, the drinks are available at the bar and unlimited. Brandies: plum, quince and apricot Vodka A giant Bitter leaf Vinjak ruby Vermouth WINE: White, rose and black wine BEER: two types of beer CARBONATED JUICES Coca Cola Tonic Fanta Ice tea NON-CARBONATED JUICES: Peach An apple WATERS: Carbonated Non-carbonated and Food is potluck.
What food should I bring?
Each attendees, group or family is encouraged to bring filipino dish to share for lunch. If you'd like to bring more than one, that's greatly appreciated. We encourage you to bring a traditional Filipino dishes, desserts, breads and salads but feel free to bring any dish you'd love to share.
What's included in the registration fee?
The registration fee covers entrance to the event, unlimited drinks, waiter service, animator, participation in games and contests, and entertainment.
When is the deadline for registration?
The deadline for registration is October 27, 2025. Please ensure to register before this date to secure your spot.
Can I bring family members who are not Filipino?
Yes! The event is open to family and friends.
What’s the dress code for the party?
Costumes are highly encouraged for the kids. There will be a photo booth and group picture taking, so come dressed in your best Halloween attire.
Are there any age restrictions for the party?
The party is family-friendly, so guests of all ages are welcome!
Can I register at the door?
We recommend registering online in advance. Walk ins will be allowed, but it's best to secure your spot early.
How can I pay for the registration fee?
You can pay online via bank transfer or in person at Vitez Events
What time does the party start and end?
The party will start at 1 pm and end at 6 pm.

The party will take place at Vitez Events, Miliceva 1, Belgrade 11000, Serbia
Is parking available at the venue?
No, there is no parking at the venue. However, there will be a side streets and a close parking spaces, so arriving early is recommended.
Are there any special performances or activities planned?
Yes, we will have a performance from animators, balloon making, and games for adults and kids.
